This revision of the Radio Regulations, complementing the Constitution and the Convention of the International Telecommunication Union, incorporates the decisions of the World Radiocommunication Conferences of 1995 (WRC-95), 1997 (WRC-97), 2000 (WRC-2000), 2003 (WRC-03), 2007 (WRC-07), 2012 (WRC-12), 2015 (WRC-15), 2019 (WRC-19) and 2023 (WRC-23). The majority of the provisions of these Regulations shall enter into force as from 1 January 2025; the remaining provisions shall apply as from the special dates of application indicated in Article 59 of the revised Radio Regulations.
